As the sponsoring organization, WASBA was granted the right by the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) to assign the first 25 low-numbered, first-edition plates. Five of these plates were awarded to individuals who played a key role in bringing the plate to life.
The remaining 20 low-numbered plates will be offered through an auction, with each plate number auctioned individually.
