CONFERENCE RESCHEDULED! Join us next year, October 1-2, 2022!
On September 8, 2021, the WASBA conference committee met with our colleagues and partners at WSU in regards to our upcoming conference at the WSU Bee Research Facility in Othello, WA. We covered all of the concerns and issues that are being presented by the new Covid Delta variant and how that would relate to holding an in-person conference. The team decided that it would be most prudent to postpone our conference until next year based on the current guidance. We also looked into moving the meeting to a fully virtual event as we did last year, but based on the short timeframe between now and the scheduled meeting, we determined that there was just not sufficient time to get that set up.
We apologize for the change in plans and hope you will be able to join us during the same weekend next year — October 1-2, 2022!
